Abstract: In this document we report on count rates in broad bands and using various grisms with DFOSC. Count rates are given for both the 'old' 1k x 1k Thompson CCD no. 17, and the new thinned 2k x 2k Ford-Loral CCD. The pixel size is 19 microns (=0.51") for the Thompson and 15 microns (=0.40") for the Ford-Loral.
