Contamination found after the so far warmest and longest baking

The pictures below were made on June 22 '99, after four days of baking.


The valve between NOTCam and the hose leading to the vacuum pump. A solid yellow layer has deposited on the parts facing the hose.


The same valve, looking into the side facing NOTCam. Tiny needle shaped crystals have developed. The image has been high-pass filtered to make the crystals stand out.
